My role at SEGULA Technologies:

I am a lean manufacturing and operational excellence engineer in France. My role is to assist clients in implementing new projects (workshops, production lines, machines, reorganization, etc.), finding solutions to any difficulties we may encounter and increasing production rates to meet client objectives.

Professional experiences :

I have completed two assignments since joining SEGULA in 2018. I started as a Methods and Process pilot at Valeo Clutches DWC. Currently, I am responsible for lean manufacturing and operational excellence for our client Total Energies.

Education:

I entered the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et Microtechniques to be a production management engineer. I was laureate of my promotion! At the same time and afterwards, I followed various advanced training courses, in particular in lean manufacturing.

My best project:

The implementation of a first fully automated production line at the Total Energies group.

My biggest passion :

Specialized reading (NLP), basketball, crossfit and dance.

My biggest dream :

My biggest wish is to simply be healthy and surrounded by the people I love.
My biggest professional goal is to pass the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
