My philosophy:
My philosophy is very simple and is based on two principles: first, you must always give your best in any activity you undertake, whether it is in your professional or personal life. Then, I lately started to follow this advice, “Fake it till you make it”. It helps me a lot to stay optimistic and to undertake with confidence.
My role at SEGULA Technologies:

In parallel, I also manage the platform perimeter of the K9 vehicle, including the Rifter, Partner, Berlingo, Combo Life. In addition to these main activities, I am also in charge of the integration and accompaniment of new employees, and I help the quality department for a continuous improvement of our service center.
Professional experience:
I have 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. My first experience was at Delphi, in Meknes, an industry specialised in the manufacture of electrical harnesses for cars. I worked in the engineering department as a project manager for the small harnesses of the Peugeot 508 II. Then, I joined SEGULA Technologies in April 2018.
Training:
I have a double diploma: a graduate in industrial engineering and logistics from the National School of Applied Sciences in Tangier, and a master’s degree in industrial systems engineering, option “Production & Logistics”, from the University of Lorraine, in Metz.
My best project:
Since I have joined SEGULA, I’ve been working on the Serial Cost Optimisation Animation Activity, and I am passionate about everything I do daily in my work.
My greatest passion:
I am passionate about sports and outdoor activities, such as hiking.
My biggest dream:
My biggest dream would be to go around the world.
The best thing at SEGULA:
The flexibility that SEGULA offers me allows me to be motivated to do my best.
