My role at SEGULA Technologies:
I’m cost reduction analyst (mid-level) for the Stellantis Group. I’m responsible for the body external trims and painting area, with the role of ensuring the technical and financial feasibility of each proposal, besides the full approval from all stakeholders.

Work Experience:
I completed a two-year internship as a Platform Intern at FPT Industrial, then I became an AutoCAD 2D Draftsman for almost two years, and it’s been three years since I’ve been a mid-level cost reduction analyst at SEGULA, on assignment at Stellantis.

Training:
I graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUCMG) with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and then a post-graduate degree in Automotive Engineering. I also followed many trainings on finance, entrepreneurship, computer languages…

My best project:
I would have to say the one I proposed as part of my participation in SEGULA’s internal ideas competition (last edition). It is a self-contained solar water purifier. My project could help many people gain access to clean water, thus improving health and quality of life all over the world.

I particularly enjoyed this experience because it challenged me to explore my creativity and think out of the box to find solutions to the various problems that humanity faces every day. I am convinced that it is this mindset that makes society evolve. So I recommend this experience to everyone! Whether you win or lose, you will grow from it.

My greatest passion:
Personal development, to learn more about myself and use my full potential.

My biggest dream:
To create and develop products that will improve the quality of life of societies and also help preserve the environment.
