The engineering company SEGULA Technologies has signed an integration agreement with CIDEIN, Spain’s leading company in component technology, printed circuit board design and electronic boards. Both companies have decided to join forces to undertake a joint plan for national and international consolidation and development. To this end, they plan to build a centre of excellence for printed circuit board design in Barcelona that is made up of a team of experts capable of offering global services and with greater resource capacity.
Taking advantage of SEGULA’s presence in 12 offices in Spain, this collaboration will allow both companies to increase their national and international activity, offering layout design services for electronic boards. In addition to accessing the development of larger projects, this alliance will allow them to diversify into turnkey mechatronic activities including design, prototyping and testing.
“We are delighted to have concluded this integration agreement with CIDEIN. This team of experts has more than 30 years of experience and are national leaders in their sector, which will allow us to reinforce our notoriety in the electronics and embedded technology sector. All of this can mean an increase in our business and presence in Spain, as well as the generation of employment” explains Albert Nacinovic of SEGULA Technologies.
“For CIDEIN, signing this integration agreement is a great success as it helps us to generate synergies with SEGULA customers, increase our capacity with investments in technical means and new human resources”, explain Marcos Blasco and Vicente Buil from CIDEIN.
