Every year, Potential Park carries out a benchmark of the digital HR strategy of the 100 largest French employers in the form of a ranking. This is based on the expectations of over 4,000 students from France’s leading business, engineering and university schools.
The ranking, which examines companies’ digital presence, assesses the quality of their career site, online application management systems and social networking activities, among other things, using 256 criteria.
SEGULA entered the ranking last year in 67th place. This year, the Group has gained 6 points in the overall ranking, thanks in particular to a fine rise from 30th to 13th place in the ranking of professional platforms. The latter highlights employers who have effectively established their brand presence and are proactively engaging with talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.
