Segula Holding, a company incorporated under French law, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 343 166 393, located at 19 rue d’Arras, 92000 Nanterre (hereinafter, the “Segula Technologies Group” or “we“) processes Personal Data (as defined hereinafter) in the context of its activity.
In accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 26 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and the amended “Informatique et Libertés” law of 6 January 1978, the Segula Technologies Group, as the data controller, undertakes to implement adequate measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of the Personal Data of any person from whom such Data is collected.

Depending on the purposes for which the Data are collected, the legal basis for the Data Processing may be :

The Segula Technologies Group may give access to your Personal Data to any of its third-party service providers in order to carry out services relating to the Site and to the services of the Segula Technologies Group (in particular, IT service providers, providers of analytical solutions, marketing or advertising service providers, HR software providers for talent management).

The Segula Technologies Group retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- For Personal Data collected in the context of your requests/queries made via the Site: we retain your Data for the time necessary to process the said requests/queries and, if the latter relate to a contract between the Segula Technologies Group and you, for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years (in the form of archives);
- For Personal Data collected when you consent to receive our advertising information: we retain your Data for a period of 3 years following our last contact with you;
- Candidate files are retained for 2 years from the last contact with the candidate unless you object to such a retention period and wish your Data to be deleted once the examination of your application is completed. Beyond this period, Personal Data is archived in accordance with the applicable statute of limitations;
- When cookies or other tracers are deposited on your terminal, they are kept in accordance with legal obligations and recommendations issued by the authorities (i.e. 13 months in France for cookies and tracers not essential to the operation of the Site).
The Personal Data collected by the Segula Technologies Group is stored in France.
In order to carry out its missions, the Segula Technologies Group may be required to communicate the Personal Data collected to its subsidiaries, service providers, clients or other third parties.
In the event of the transfer of Personal Data by the Segula Technologies Group outside the European Union, the Group undertakes to verify in advance that the entities outside the European Union, including the Group’s subsidiaries located outside the European Union, offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with European legislation. - The right to object at any time for specific reasons to the Processing of Personal Data carried out by the Segula Technologies It should be noted, however, that this objection may be refused for legitimate and compelling reasons requiring the continuation of the Processing;
- The right to portability, which consists of the possibility of receiving the Personal Data collected by the Segula Technologies Group and transmitting it to another controller; this right only applies when the Processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract and the said Processing is carried out using automated processes.
