With the acquisition of significant parts of the Opel/PSA development center in Rüsselsheim and the operation of the test centers in Rodgau-Dudenhofen (Germany) and La Ferté Vidame (France), SEGULA Technologies has the engineering and testing expertise of an automotive manufacturer.
Within our own independent infrastructure, we test entire vehicles, systems, sub-systems and components for automotive manufacturers and suppliers in terms of:
- Fuel Cell and Hydrogen
- Noises and vibrations
- EMC:Electromagnetic compatibility
- Antenna tests for the usefulness and correct design of the wireless communication world
- Emergency Call Systems
- Audio and telecommunication systems
- Driver assistance systems
- Emissions (climate, altitude, WLTP, legal requirements such as Euro6d full or Euro 7)
In order to carry out tests, validations and also homologation, we have, among other things, various test benches in Rüsselsheim to examine engines and transmissions of all kinds, as well as our own laboratories for NVH, EMC, antennas, safety and durability testing. In our multifunctional test center in Rodgau-Dudenhofen, the focus is on chassis development (incl. brakes, chassis controls, etc.) and endurance testing, as well as emissions (including our own altitude climate chamber up to 5,000 m) and engine calibration.
In La Ferté Vidame, we focus on driving operations.
Thus, we cover all tests around vehicles and their engines in the laboratory, in simulation, in protected environments as well as on public roads.
SEGULA Technologies is ISO 9001 certified throughout the group. Several of our sites in Germany, such as Rüsselsheim and the test center in Rodgau-Dudenhofen, are TISAX certified (Level AL3). Our EMC test laboratory is accredited by DAkkS (German Accreditation Body) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for various tests in the field of electromagnetic compatibility. The accreditation is valid only for the scope listed in the annex of the accreditation certificate [D-PL-21610-01-01]. Further labs for 17025 accreditation are in progress.
